They seek damages for medical malpractice, negligence, and failure to warn of possible complications or risks in performing surgery, mental anguish, loss of income from lost income, disfigurement, pain, suffering, emotional distress, humiliation and/or humiliation, as well as other damages.
The lawsuit also seeks a jury trial on claims that the surgeons should have known about the risk associated with their operations, including those involving hip implants without first checking whether it would cause harm. The suit was filed in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The suit is the latest in a series of legal actions against the hospital and its surgeons, who are accused of violating patients' rights by performing dangerous procedures without proper training and supervision or/and against company to fulfill the financial loss of the patient.
